Our Grass-fed Beef Box is sourced entirely from Swamp Wallaby Farm — a 200-acre regenerative farm nestled in the Buckland Valley, North East Victoria, where our Belted Galloway cattle roam freely on lush, chemical-free pastures year-round.

Belted Galloways are a heritage breed prized for their rich, well-marbled beef and exceptional flavour. Raised the way nature intended — on open pasture, without hormones or unnecessary intervention — they thrive in our valley's clean air and fertile land. Regenerative farming means we're not just raising great beef; we're actively improving the soil, the landscape, and the ecosystem for generations to come.

What's Included

• 10kg of grass-fed beef — a curated combination of prime cuts, mince, and roasts
• 2 × 750ml jars of beef bone broth (slow-simmered from the same grass-fed beef bones)
• 1 × 500ml jar of beef tallow

Storage & Handling

Your order arrives frozen and vacuum-sealed to lock in freshness. Store in the freezer and thaw in the fridge overnight before use. Bone broth and tallow can be refrigerated once opened.
